A heart shape sits at the centre of the card, whole and symmetrical — one of the most direct symbols in the deck.
Traditional meaning
Traditionally the Heart is love, feeling and goodwill — an unambiguously positive card.
How to read it
The Heart is feeling itself: love, liking, sincerity. It colours whatever sits beside it with emotion. On work it means doing what you love and putting yourself into it; on health it can simply mean the heart.
