The card

A tree with spreading branches stands alone, roots in the ground. There are no people on the card — only growth itself.

Traditional meaning

Traditionally the Tree is health and vitality, and also slow but well-rooted growth. The closer it sits to the querent, the more it speaks about the body.

How to read it

The Tree is the deck’s health card and also its "time" card — whatever it touches grows slowly. On work or love it says the roots are deep and there is time ahead, but do not expect anything quick. Several Trees together often mean family and bloodline.

Love

A relationship with roots that can last, but it develops slowly and needs patience.

Work

An industry that rewards long accumulation, or a career that grows slowly and holds.

Timing

Very slow. Months to years.
